My little one is 5 month old completely on breastfeeding. Since few days he is passing green stool with mucos ,is it normal or anything to be worried.

Its normal Watch for blood in stool if any consult with ur nearest  pediatrician Keep ur baby well hydrated with breast milk  if not then powder milk Baby should pass urine minimum 6-8 times per day
