Green stool and vomiting
Hi
My son is 3month and 2 weeks old. He is exclusively on mother feed. Since 2 days he is passing green stool 3 to 4 times in a day. Usually he passes yellow stool once in a day. Vomiting was also common for him since birth after every feed. But since a day it also increased. He is active other wise. Please suggest if dr check up is needed
