My 2 months old son has been green stool since last 4-5 days. Do I need to worry? What should I do? Please advise.

Try increasing feeds and observe for change to normal.
Next Steps
If green stool is associated with frequent , blood mixed watery diarrhoea, he will need inpatient care.

Just check his stool for routine and microscopy if it's normal don't worry, leave it. Keep in touch with your pediatrician
