Greasy hair, dandruff and hairfall

I am facing issue with greasy hair and hairfall. After taking headbath, with 2-3 days my hair and scalp gets greasy and while combing i can see hairfall and wet dandruff. I use head and shoulders basic hairfall shampoo. Kindly suggest me a solution.
