Gradually Decreasing urine flow :Urology

Asking for spouse// Age - 32 yrs , Male. Usg done- normal / no post voidal vol/ prostate size normal. Flow rate very slow, steady, non painful. Complete voiding present. No past history of injury/chronic infection. HBA1c sent for test/ what should be next line of management and what is the differential diagnosis. Need a urology viewpoint. Kindly help. Feel free to write in medical terms, i am a medico myself.
