Grade3 maturity placenta
Hi, As per usg i am 32 weeks 2 days pregnant and as per LMP it shows 30 weeks 5 days. And baby position is cephalic with grade3 maturity placenta. Is this normal as there is difference between two dates? Also what precautions should i take?

The expected date of delivery is to be calculated according to sonography done in the 1st 3 months of pregnancy. That date is the most accurate and weeks of pregnancy to be calculated according to that.
If the weight of the fetus is more than what is expected or the USG shows a 32 weeks fetus when the actual period of gestation( pregnancy) is 30 weeks you need to keep a check on your sugars.
