Hello,
My mother just completed a course of medication for vit b13 and vit d deficiency. She also suffers from hypertension .
She complained of swelling in feet hence we went to doc. Her bp had shot up to 180. Her medicines were changed ref. Attachment. Also he told to do 2d echo.
While all seems normal only one thing the report says worries me I.e.
grade i/iv lv diastolic dysfunction of mitral valve
How serious is it and is it curable and what are precautions to be taken
