Patient with high blood pressure are known to have diastolic dysfunction, which means inadequate and improper relaxation of heart during pumping of blood. Now the true clinical significance of this diastolic dysfunction can be assessed only after proper clinical examination of the patient. So please meet a qualified cardiologist and get her properly examined to plan the further line of management and necessary precautions. Hope this helps.
