I hd a fall 2 weeks ago Met d ortho who diagnosed ligament pull n advised rest wd eg brace. My pain has gone and knee movement is almost normal my report says. Cortical break in lateral most aspect of interior surface of lateral condyle with underlying marrow edema s/o undisplaced fracture. Grade 3 tear thru mid substance of lcl. Do i need surgery

Usually lcl does not require surgery as they heal by themselves unless there is instability. Check with your orthopaedic surgeon to examine and see for Instability..if there is none..then  nothing to worry..just do physiotherapy
