We got this done before gallbladder surgery. Cardiologist gave fit for surgery.
Requesting you to interpret this and suggest further course of action.
Is this very serious problem.
Diastolic dysfunction can be due to high boood pressure or stress or diabetes.
If you dont have any of these, you need not worry about it.
Also get a repeat Echo done after surgery as your Chamber dimensions are not normal.
