Grade 1 LV Dysfunction

I have been diagnosed with dilated LV and LA with LVEF 35% and grade 1 LV dysfunction. I am taking Metalor 25mg BD for last 2 days. I have taken and second opinion and the doctor has advised me to take Cardevilol 3.125mg 1/2 tablet BD. Please advise if I should choose Cardevolol to Metalor.

You can continue with any but carvedilol has better results in low lvef
