Got Reaction on my face due to facecream

Reaction occurs on Monday due to some facecream applied after shave.Red acne occurs and it expands on my entire face.Itching persists on it.Took Citragin tablet which is antiallergic tablet but it does not work.Still it is expanding.Suggest some measures to cure this Reaction.My face is looking Horrible
