Got period 1 day after taking deviry.

Hi, my periods were delayed. Doctor prescribed deviry (2 doses 5 days course). I took 2 tablets yesterday (morning and night) and got my period today. Does deviry work this fast or did my natural cycle coincide with it? Can I rule out pregnancy? Will my subsequent cycles be delayed or come in 28 days?
