My knee got pressed on a wooden bed while bending on bed to pick something. I got really badly hurt and felt like I don't have any strength in my legs suddenly. I lied down there for few minutes. After gathering some strength I got up and started walking. It became stiff my whole left leg from hip to ankle got stiff. But slowly it got better I had applied ice but it was hurting more. I got oil massage also but it wasn't better. In one to two days I could walk. But I could easily walk . But then after 4 days it started paining again. Now it is extremely bad. I couldn't sit in washroom. When I fold my legs. It become difficult to straighten it. I ate Myotop 150 mg 3 times. Nothing is better it is getting worse . I even had hot compress two times. Help me out.
