Hello Sir, Day before yesterday I was riding my bicycle and my testies got crushed a little on the saddle. There was no sudden pain and after that I returned to my room, the next day there was sudden pain in stomach and I fell sick and also the right side of the testicle was swollen a bit. I took an antibiotic (cetirizine) after lunch and after dinner. When the fever didn't go I had paracetamol (Dolo 650)- half of it. The fever is gone but my testies is still swollen and also there is a pinching like sensation while peeing and the color of my pee is also yellowish. Please help me what to do, cause I'm too shy to go to any doctor.
