Got acne after waxing

Got back acne after 2-3 days of back waxing, they are itchy red in colour.. Will they go on there own or do i need to use some cream?

Need to use cream...Don't worry...you are suffering from irritant contact dermatitis causing this acneform eruption.. Specific medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.
