What is meant by good oral hygiene? What should be done for that?
And due to covid, scaling of teeth is not possible in a dental clinic as such what can i do as an alternative at home. As I have some stone like thing on my 2 teeth n while brushing blood is coming sometimes so it is a great concern to me.

Stone like thing are called calculus which can be removed only by scaling and bleeding is also caused by this for permanent relief u need to do scaling in dental clinic
