There is wedge compression L3 vertebrae n biopsy is undifferentiated malignancy.
At present patient requires palliative radiation therapy to metastatic bony site.
For evaluation of primary patient should visit radiation oncologist
Bone scan , serum PSA , Usg abdomen with prostate volume, chest X ray and further ihc is minimal required investigations required.
