Diagnosed recently with in-differentiate malignancy at l2 l3 l4 while bone decompress procedure. Probable adenocarcenoma with prostrate cancer. Need advice on good oncologist.

69 year male , as mentioned on prescription sheet bone metastases with ? Prostate ca. Some more history is needed but as per available data There is wedge compression L3 vertebrae n biopsy is undifferentiated malignancy. At present patient requires palliative radiation therapy to metastatic bony site. For evaluation of primary patient should visit radiation oncologist Bone scan , serum PSA , Usg abdomen with prostate volume, chest X ray and further ihc is minimal required investigations required.
