Getting golden beard hair. Some body told me it is because of Copper deficiency. Is it true? It is increasing day by day. How can I reduce it? Should I take multi vitamins. Some are suggesting it. Please reply.

hello der it can be due to malnutrition or vitamin and mineral deficiency consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
