Dear Sir/Mam, My son is 1 year old. He is doing fine but he is going for the loo around 3 to 4 times in a day. I just want to know the reason for any stomach discomfort or infection. Kindly suggest some syrup for the same.

3-4 times a day is normal for this age. If your  child is otherwise feeding well, gaining weight and is active, stool is normal in consistency with no mucus or blood, there is nothing to worry. Monitor his weight every 3 months.
