Hello. Going through ivf. Had embroyo tranfer 4 days back. I am taking progestrone injections and tablets. Hence consitipation. Taking isabol and cremafin for it. But i have a lot of gas and pain in anal area. Can i use anovate oitment. And can i take sitz bath
