Its quite normal,  u just getting started running after break of 2-3 months , so pain is obvious in starting days.  No need to worry because muscles was in resting state for long time and when u start exercises muscles became active so pain is obvious.
Next Steps
you are 27 year male , so deficiencies is of vitamins not obvious.  but if u want to start supplement u should do test before taking.  vitamin and minerals profile if there will be any deficiencies then according to report take supplements under doctor guidance.  and before taking whey protein,  do renal function test must .

Muscle soreness after started exercise after a break is normal and may settle down within a weeks time, It's better the get baseline blood tests done, (vit d3, sr calcium, sr magnesium and vit b12 ) before starting supplements, Protein and creatinine supplements as per intensity of workout though we usually discourage creatinine without proper guidance

Muscle soreness in your glutes and thighs after restarting running is usually normal delayed-onset soreness from your body adjusting again, not an injury, especially this early. It typically settles within 3 to 5 days as your muscles adapt.
Next Steps
A basic blood panel checking vitamin D, B12 and iron is reasonable before adding supplements, since deficiencies are common. Build up your running distance gradually, and add warm-ups plus glute and hamstring strength work to lower injury risk. Whey protein is fine with enough water; discuss creatine with a doctor first if you have any kidney history.
Health Tips
If the pain is one-sided, sharp, or doesn't ease with rest after a week, please see a physician or sports medicine doctor to rule out an injury.
