Glucose tolerance test during pregnancy

Hi, I am 24 weeks pregnant & for this test, right half hour post lunch, I drank g75 glucose powder and then my blood sugar post 1.5 hours was 170. Please suggest if this level is ok. It's just that the reason why I'm concerned for this as should we do this test after having light breakfast alone? In my case, I had my afternoon meal and post half hour drank g75 glucose and went for a test. Please suggest. Thank you!!

Idea of this test to screen for gestational diabetes. Sugar level of 170 suggest gestational diabetes but it is also have to be seen the fasting levels and 2 hrs after glucose level and 4 hrs after taking glucose . So you need to screen for gestation diabetes
