This is my sugar test i only eat pure Gur and shakkar and avoid white suger is it low or perfectly ok for my age also do i have to increase it and also is it ok to maximum avoid white sugar and use gur and shakar instead kindly guide me thanks

Hello dear. 1 tsp sugar in whole day is allowed. Prefer brown sugar or jaggery. Also limit the intake of sugary fruits like banana/grapes/mango/chiku in your diet. Instead you can take apple/orange/kiwi/pineapple etc.

Hi you can use gur or unrefined organic shakkar instead of white sugar.. and don't have it too much as you are 63 years old...use occassionally in moderation and not everyday.. in coffee or tea it is permitted 1 spoon for daily use...otherwise not required.. you can avoid white sugar completely and use gur or organic unrefined shakkar if you want in limited quantities..otherwise if you want to avoid shakkar, you can avoid shakkar...and depend on gur completely for your dietary needs..
