Can speech therapy reduce globus sensation problem.one of our doctor suggested to meet sppech therapy pathologist.she felt a lump in throat but endoscopy ,ph 24 hour tests,thyroid,iron progress reports all done they said no problem to her .only problem is that gas refulcting sensation occurs lump .

Here as all tests are normal, the lump sensation may be due to LPR or psychogenic. A trial with PPI should be done before labeling it as psychogenic.
