Hii , recently I went to a eye clinic for general eye test but accidentally doctor found my increased eye pressure to 22.5 mm of hg does it confirm about glaucoma or should I do other test for confirming it.

Once measured raised pressure doesn't diagnose glaucoma. Are you using some steroids drops or tablet.. After some time if it again comes out to be higher then you must consult a glaucoma specialist and get through  check up done.
