Glass bottle broken and burning in hand

I  have a 300ml big glass bottle medicine and outside box cover was opened. I didn't see that and opened it by mistake.  I was wearing socks and no shoes. When I took it in my hand, box was opened and fell down close to my feet. Medicine sprayed all over my pants and I could see big pieces of glass on the floor. I was wearing only socks when the bottle fell down. I moved a bit (might have stepped on)and came out of that place. I started to walk and I felt some pain in the feet. Immediately took off the socks. I rubbed on that area and found a very small glass shards on that spot. Then I felt something in my hand and rubbed it near the wrist. Got another glass from the hand which is so tiny shard. Happened yesterday and I still feel some pinching and sharp sensation in few spots on my hands and legs(feet). I took bath immediately and rubbed my skin. Since then I feel this burning and sharp sensation in hands and feet ,also the ankle area. No bleeding. How to find if I have more pieces?

Instead of writing a huge story please get a consultation with a General Surgeon in your area. He will examine you, do the wound debridement, do a proper antiseptic dressing, give supplementary treatment and ask you to come again for follow up. For all this he will charge his fees.
