My age is 18 and weight is 55. I am going mma(mixed martcal arts) class in every 3 days in week for 3 hours i want to be increase my weight !!! Give some tips ? And which drinks should i use before workout and after workout

Kindly mention your height as your weight should be adequate as per your height. As you are working out, you will need high protein diet including pulses, egg white, meat and protein drinks like endura mass.
