She had period last month early after 20days only and this time also her period started yesterday after 20days only she is in somewhat stress due to study problem. She has bleeding some what more , fever ; body pain ; headache as her period started yesterday plz tell any diagonosis to this problem what to do

Check for polycystic ovaries in transvaginal ultrasonogram
And do Thyroid function test and oral short GTT
