I am feeling suddenly giddy ness and vomits comes . When I see down I can see the floor rotating . This has become more frequent in last couple of weeks . I have constant heachache . When I move head it aches. One doc said it’s vertigo and gave cennezine for 10 days .i am little better but do not know if it is vertigo or not
