Need few more details to figure out the exact problem. Is it present only in the morning? Does it happen every time you turn your head  or turn around in bed? Does it happen when you suddenly stand from a sitting  or squatting position?
Next Steps
if it is while turning  your head or changing position then you need to see an ENT surgeon. if its mainly when getting up try rising slowly, check your BP, ensure good fluid intake. If you feel heart is beating faster or that you feel hot all the time  or are sweating  more than usual do a thyroid function test and see your physician
Health Tips
Needs physical examination to make a correct diagnosis

Hi, You need to understand that it is normal that you hear your heart beat. Nothing wrong in that if you don't have any other problems. You are just more conscious. It's ok. Some people have positional blood pressure problem but that is also ok. You can buy digital BP machine. Learn to use it. Then take your BP while you are getting up in morning. When you observe that this phenomenon is same everyday. You will understand it is normal.
Next Steps
You can also go for NCCT Head that is CT scan of head.
