Got tested for yearly physical empty stomach. GFR = 79.61, creatinine 1.2 , Drugs taken prior : inhaler formoterol 3 hrs prior. No history of recreational drug abuse. I don't take creatine supplement, and am a non vegetarian. Ultrasound was fine. Any help will be much appreciated.

Your creatinine is mildly elevated and gfr is low. I would advice you for repeat testing along with urine routine examination. If repeat testing  also have same results, consult Nephrologist asap.
