I get uti when i hold urine for too long .like while in sleep .i am not diabetes.no high bp.please suggest me what to do.

Do not hold urination too long. Get a urine culture done  along with baseline ultrasonography of kidney ,ureter, bladder,prostate&post void Urine to know detail of urinary system. Consult a urologist
