Getting UTI again and again ...

Hello doctor.. I am getting UTI again and again even after taking the injection , Medicine everything... Still my UTI count is 1 lakh e coli bacteria...i have takem amikacin injection for 5 days ( 10 injection) now again one doctor is telling to continue that injection for next 7 days ( 14 injection) ... Pls suggest something

Recurrent uti is very common in females

Get a urine C/S. Get yourself checked for diabetes...get a usg kub with PVR

Avoid usage of public toilets as far as possible...a ask ur partner to wear a condom during intercourse unless ur planning pregnancy
