Would like to tell you that you are morbidly obese. You did not mention the height.  Suggested that there is a need to start proper diet n exercise regime asap. First you start a routine workout of cardio and resistance training under professional supervision.
Next Steps
Reduce cereal intake, junk food, alcohol, deep fried items, sweet n sugars. Have home cooked light foods, have oats or cereal with milk for breakfast. Drink enough water. Add green tea to your diet 2-3 times a day.
Health Tips
You should consult a dietician for detailed personalized diet plan based on your need n lifestyle near your locality or any of us online.
