Acidity Gas Riflux
Antacids before meals .Twice .
Small meals many times,chew really well..32 teeth 😬 relax while meals,never fill stomach even with water.walk after all meals ,sleep after 3 hrs post dinner head end bed uppp ..left side .avoid drugs painkillers food that increase acidity ..proteins milk products fish meat .Gas? Walk more every 40 min sitting ..still if not ok consult GI SPECIALIST OR PRACTO PRO ME 🤔
