Getting rashes on penis and itching

It's been 4 days.. my husband has got rashes on his penis and it's itching mostly while having sex. I am 4 months pregnant and intimate generally happens unprotected from past 2 months. But the itching and burning sensation is been from past 4 days. Can you plzz suggest me the right way to get it cure asap and permanently without any side effects?
