Getting periods only One day

I'm getting periods in a cycle of 45 days and bleeding is there only for 1 day, very less bleeding on 2nd day and spotting lasts till 4th day. Leg pain is heavy in those days. I need to know whether my cycle is normal or I need to check with doctor, please suggest on this.
