Getting pain in lower abdomen

Hi I am having pain in lower abdomen since last 3-4 days. Pain is below belly button and little right and left. Looks pain moving. Before 15 days I took antibiotic and paracetamol due to viral. Viral is ok. But after a week it's started. Nothing in ultrasound scan. Doctor gave rentac and mucain gel but not getting ok. Please help.

You are probably having some infection again related to intestines or urinary tract. There may be other possibilities.

antibiotics after confirmation of diagnosis.
