You are on wrong track. Get yourself examined by a urologist. Most likely you have a stone stuck lower down in your ureter or you are having recurrent orchitis or torsion (recurrent). You need physical examination ASAP. You are an educated fellow, be smart, do not take medicines blindly, focus on finding the cause. Too many medications will box your kidneys.
