Getting pain in hands and feet

I am getting pain and burning sensation in both hands and feet . Previosly it was intermittent now it is continuous . MRI c spine was normal . I am not diabetic . ANA , RA factor is also normal . One year back vitamin B12 and D is low now it is normal range . Since past 8 months I am suffering with this problem. Now i am taking Duolotin , MultiNeuron , Lacotide tablets . Please suggest me further

Have you done nerve conduction test. You can try tab zenoxa 150 at bedtime for 20 days. Consult later.
