Getting mole type near neck.

Actually i am getting mole ,its not mole but it look like mole and flexible . i am getting this near both side of neck . previously it was not there but slowly slowly it is increasing .

It could be a skin tag, or wart. Get it examined and removed if necessary. Don't scratch it, as it's likely to cause bleeding or infection, and it can spread, if it's viral wart
