You may be suffering from scabies which is a known kind of infection which may spread to others also.  You need to show a dermatologist nearby for proper assessment and diagnosis for proper treatment. Dont use any otc drugs without prescription as it may harm you more.  Or you can send me your pictures for better assessment.
