I am having fever from last 4 to 5 days & having very low energy.after talking medical from medical store fever getting down but next day again same condition

Taking medicine without consulting a doctor is not safe.. since you have fever since 5 days you will definitely have to consult doctor and do blood test to find out the reason for fever.. and always record your temperature once in 6th hourly.. if the temperature touches 100 degree it is considered as fever.. any reading below 99 is normal..
