Getting detected for Typhoid frequently

I have long history of frequent typhoid from around 5 years. Whenever i get fever, i visited doctor, they used to do blood tests, it always seems to be positive for Typhoid. 1:180 or 1:320 dilutions sometimes. Everytime i treated for it, feeling down and weak with headache/body pains/feeling weighted atleast for 1 or 2 months. I visited many doctors asking for why im feeling weak this long, again they used to test for widal and again medication. Finally there would be no solution of becoming active/healthy. Last tym i got treated for Typhoid on April 18 2021, still feeling weak, Got tested for Covid, HIV, CT scan, ultrascan, endoscopy and some blood tests. No issues except positive for typhoid. Along with this recently affected with stomach burning/indigestion/burfing/fullness. Taking medication for these. Now im getting feared of what happening and what to do. Not able to concentrate on anything, what could i do for covid vaccination ? Some one please please help!!!

It could be a relapse. Typhoid remains positive for a long time. Get your blood test regularly. Consult a doctor if you have fever
