Getting cut in eye

If there is no redness ,watery eyes could there be a corneal abrasion.There was no initial pain and redness on getting hurt.

Many times a small corneal abrasion is not detected by simple examination. It is only revealed on flourescine staining. So if there is any doubt  please consult an ophthalmologist nearby and get the staining done.
