I've been having cough at some times from last 1 month and night time while breathing out getting some sound,I don't understand what's my problem actually please guide me how to overcome this problem

HELLO, THE SOUND IS CALLED WHEEZ, IS DUE  TO SPASM OF BRONCUS. SO TAB DERIPHYLLIN RETARD150 TWO TIMES A DAY. IF COUGH IS THERE SYRUP  AMBRODIL S 10 ML THREE TIMES A DAY OR ADJUST THE DOSE ACCORDING TO DUTY HOURS. PLENTY OF LUCK WARM WATER TOMATO SOUP, VEGETABLES SOUP SIP BY SIP. O.K, BYE.
