Getting Anxiety

Recently from past 2 months I am getting very anxious. Even on small issues I get anxious. My hear beats faster. And I loose my appetite.

Anger management is an art.U must learn it through proper counselling session by counsellor.

1.morning walk or yoga regularly 2 stop smoking,drinking. 3.avoid too much use of pc or mobile.
