Get positive result in Rt PCR test today

I have tested RT PCR on 1st May 2021, rapid test shows negative but today i got my RT PCR report that shows positive result. What do i do now i haven't face any symptoms yet no cough no cold nothing. Please suggest me what do i do now?

What is your cut value ? And do u have any symptoms ? What is ur HRCT score ? Crp value ?
