Gestational sac in lower uterine segment

During my 6 weeks 4 days it was found that gestational sac was in lower uterine segment but the cardial activity was observed. Should I be worried

G sac in lower segment can lead to complications like placenta praevia and post partum hemorrhage later. Also, baby growth may be restricted. We will need to monitor you by ultrasound to keep an eye on all parameters. Do meet your gynaecologist to discuss about it
