Hello My sugar level after taking 75 gm glucose is 178 My fasting sugar level is 85 My PP sugar level is 109. Am I having gestational diebetis or not? I am 28 week pregnant.

As per glucose challenge test u may be having GDM. Maintain a sugar chart and follow diabetic diet. Try to keep fasting and post meals below target
